Expanded School Mental Health across the United States

The Center for School Mental Health is interested in developing a
database that can readily provide information about trends in expanded
school mental health (ESMH) across the United States. ESMH programs
provide a full continuum of mental health promotion and intervention for
students through school-family-community partnerships. If you are
involved in an ESMH program, we would greatly appreciate it if you or
one of your colleagues would take five minutes to complete a survey that
will enhance our knowledge about ESMH in the United States. Thank you
