About Our SMH Program

Susan Tager, BS

Susan Tager has been an advocate for families of children with mental illness for 15 years. Her involvement with advocacy began after seeking support in connection with her eldest son¹s emotional and educational disabilities. She has also worked extensively with children for over 30 years, including five years as a librarian. As a family representative, she has served on various committees and boards at the local, state and national level. Susan has been a member of the advisory board of the Center for School Mental Health Analysis and Action since its inception.
