Representative RaeAnn G. Kelsch, BS Rep. Kelsch serves as the Manager for External Affairs at Cellular One. She has also been a farmer. She graduated from Mayville-Portland High School, and she received her Bachelor of Science in business administration from the University of North Dakota. She has served in the House or Representatives since 1991. In 1991, Rep. Kelsch received an award for Outstanding Woman of America. She is an Education Commission of the States Steering Committee member, she serves on the Board of Directors for HIT, Inc.; Mandan Hospital and Bismarck-Mandan Chamber. She was the recipient of the Greater North Dakota Association Community Leadership Award. Rep. Kelsch is married to Thomas Kelsch, and together they have three children. |
