Lodging

SHIP will be held at the Sheraton Baltimore North Hotel located at 903 Dulaney Valley Road in Towson, Maryland. The hotel is offering a special rate of $129 per night (non-government attendees), and $97 per night (government attendees) for single or double occupancy for SHIP. Reservations must be received by July 6, 2012, to obtain this special rate. It is necessary to make early reservations to ensure lodging. Please note that the reserved room block may fill up before the deadline date.

Online reservations for government attendees with a valid government ID is available here. You may also make reservations by calling the hotel directly at 410-321-7400 or 1-888-627-7147, between the hours of 8:00am and 4:00pm. Please make sure that you provide the name of the event (School Health Interdisciplinary Program - SHIP) when making phone reservations. Hotel cancellations must be made 72 hours in advance in order to avoid charges.

The Sheraton Baltimore North Hotel is connected to the Towson Town Center Mall and offers access to I-695. Goucher College and Towson University are also located within a mile of the hotel.
