The early bird registration deadline is June 14, 2012. Standard registration is from June 15-July 5, and late registration rates will apply for those who register after July 5. Full-time students can receive a 40% discount off the Monday through Thursday rates. For student discounts, please call CSMH at 410-706-0980 and fax a copy of your student ID to 410-706-0984. Group Discounts
For groups with 5 or more individuals, a $10 discount per person is available. Registrations and payment for the entire group must be received at the same time to be eligible for this discount. The deadline for group discounts is July 5, 2012. Meals
SHIP will sponsor your continental breakfast, lunch, and refreshments for each day. Please note SHIP may not be able to accommodate special dietary needs for each meal. Attire
For your comfort, we recommend wearing casual clothing. We do not have control over the hotel temperature setting. Some rooms may be cool. Please bring a jacket or sweater for your comfort. Cancellations and Refund Policy
A full refund, less a $50 handling charge for cancellations will be granted. Refund requests must be made in writing by July 6, 2012. No refunds will be granted after this deadline.
