17th Annual Conference on Advancing School Mental Health

On behalf of the planning committee, we invite you to exhibit at our upcoming conference, October 25-26, 2012, in Salt Lake City, Utah.

As an exhibitor at the conference, you will have access to key decision-makers, researchers, administrators, family members, and health care providers in the school mental health field.  You will have an opportunity to present your products and services to approximately 800 professionals at this interdisciplinary meeting. Our annual conference attracts school mental health professionals including physicians, psychiatrists, nurses, social workers, psychologists, counselors, educators, school administrators, health educators, youth, family members, and others.  Some attendees are employed by schools, state health departments, state and federal governments, non-profit agencies, and non-governmental national organizations. Below is the information about being an exhibitor.

  • A tabletop exhibit will be located in a high traffic area adjacent to registration and meeting rooms, and in areas where the food will be served. Please note that the exhibit area is not secure during the night. 
  • Exhibitors may set up on Wednesday, October 24 from 6:30pm-7:30pm and Thursday, October 25 from 7:30am-5:00pm.
  • Exhibits will be open on Thursday, October 25 from 7:30am - 5:00pm and Friday, October 26 from 7:30am-5:00pm.
  • If you are unable to attend, please consider sending materials for our “Take-One” Literature Display.
  • You may sponsor an event such as a food function, a speaker, or a give-away.  If you become a sponsor, your company’s name will be displayed on signs at the conference and listed in the conference program booklet.
  • Please ship materials to the Salt Lake Marriott Downtown at City Creek, 75 S. West Temple, Salt Lake City, UT 84101, c/o the 17th Annual Conference. Please label packages to your own attention. Materials should arrive approximately three days prior to the conference. Exhibitors are responsible for the any storage, shipping fees, and for breakdown of their own materials after the conference.
