Aurelia Carter

Aurelia Carter is the Director of Technical Assistance for the Parent Education & Advocacy Leadership (PEAL) Center, Pennsylvania's State-Affiliated-Organization for Family Voices, Inc..  The PEAL Center is an organization of parents of children with disabilities reaching out to assist other parents and professionals, providing workshops, training, and information about early intervention, special education, and inclusive education to the western and central regions of Pennsylvania.  In addition, Ms. Carter has served as a member of the Allegheny County Mental Health/Mental Retardation Advisory Board.
