Paul Ban

Paul Ban, Ph.D., is the former Director of the Special Education Services Branch in the Hawaii Department of Education. He currently serves as a leader in the Army’s Surgeon General’s Child, Adolescent and Family Behavioral Health Proponency (CAF-BHP). class="apple-style-span"  The program supports and sustains comprehensive, integrated behavioral health care for military children and their families at all Army installations.
